Bakeshop Digital is seeking a Jr. Digital Designer to craft standout performance creative for an exciting portfolio of ecommerce brands. The role involves designing ads, emails, and web pages, while collaborating with a team to create high-converting designs and utilizing AI tools in the workflow.
Responsibilities
- Create high-converting ads, email templates, web designs, and landing pages using Figma that are visually compelling and performance-driven
- Infuse curiosity, unique perspectives, and bold ideas into creative campaigns
- Write short, punchy copy for ads, emails, and web
- Present insights and design concepts that align with brand goals and strategies
- Analyze ads and emails from other DTC brands to uncover insights that inspire exceptional designs
- Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
Skills
- Create high-converting ads, email templates, web designs, and landing pages using Figma that are visually compelling and performance-driven
- Write short, punchy copy for ads, emails, and web
- Present insights and design concepts that align with brand goals and strategies
- Analyze ads and emails from other DTC brands to uncover insights that inspire exceptional designs
- Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
- Strong taste and ability to defend creative decisions
- Fast in Figma
- Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent)
- Curious about AI tools and already using them in some capacity
- Ability to write well and be concise
- Ability to take feedback without getting defensive and give it honestly
- Manage own workload, flag problems early, and don't drop things
- Experience with Adobe Suite
