Remote HR Generalist/Recruiter

100% Remote but must live on East Coast Description... ? Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining an applicant tracking system. ? Collect and evaluate data using valuable metrics, including employee demographics and EEO data. ? Handle semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, including monthly billing, audits, and enrollments. ? Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire orientation sessions. ? Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. ? Address inquiries related to P&C matters. ? Support team member engagement and implementation of policies and procedures. ? Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions. ? Coordinate training and development programs. ? Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure P&C compliance. ? Participate in P&C-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
