Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations, including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability
- Interact with guests via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
- Assist guests with virtual check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process and accommodating any special requests or concerns
- Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:
