We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our remote team at Workwarp, in collaboration with Ricci & Associates. As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently from home, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain information across various systems and databases.
- Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams remotely to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders.
- Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred).
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
