Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to work remotely on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your primary duties will include processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
- Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validate new technology enhancements, and provider modifications
- Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Interact with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other agencies
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
