As a Remote Data Entry Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our operations, working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure seamless interactions with clients, advisors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles, identifying and resolving discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund firms or transfer agents.
• Handle Corporate Action Events, settling and reconciling move tasks, as well as processing and reconciling dividend tasks.
• Conduct research on complex and escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve problems.
• Participate in testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory responsibilities, including Instances: 2340 and 15C3-3.
• Reconcile trade, returns, and transfer damages, as well as BOS and Fund Firms.
• Analyze and correct tax obligation programming and income tax coding.
• Troubleshoot internal and external system enlargements or issues, providing process or technology solution possibilities to management.
• Source and remediate ruptures between blithequark, the Fund, and other external partners.
• Provide exceptional client and organization partner service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives.
• Experience with data entry and reconciliation processes, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with investment operations, including trade processing, corporate actions, and dividend processing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SEC rules and regulations.
