- Collaborating with clients, the technology support team, and the vendor to design and prioritize work within the SumTotal Learning Management System.
- Consulting and recommending system functionality to support client needs and improve application utilization.
- Coordinating and delivering new functionality and system updates, including determining system settings across the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Learning Systems Analyst's responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:
- Researching and developing new system functionality to guide recommendations.
- Managing releases for triannual updates to the Learning Management system.
- Creating and refreshing documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Performing system administration tasks within the Learning Management system.
- Troubleshooting and gathering data from various sources.
- Recording, analyzing, and reporting required data and information.
- Fulfilling other special projects as assigned by management.
