Responsibilities
- Work inside a game environment powered by large language models, helping ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent
- Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions
- Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs
- Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent
- Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond
- This is creative, judgment-based work
Skills
- Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue
- Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines
- Learn new tools and workflows quickly
- You do not need prior AI or annotation experience. Training is provided
- Creative writing, copywriting, or content creation
- English, journalism, communications, or media
- Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral science
- Game design or game development
- Analytical or technical backgrounds with strong attention to detail
