[Remote] Coach and Community Manager

NeuroGym is the world’s leading mental fitness training company, and they are seeking a Coach & Community Manager to enhance member experiences and oversee program delivery. The role involves managing curriculum, engaging with the community, and coordinating live events to ensure impactful member journeys. Responsibilities - Manage the program curriculum, frameworks, and delivery - Member experience - Scheduling and Coordinating Live Events and Content Uploads within the Content Management System - The Member Newsletter - Live Events and Member Trainings - The Expert Faculty - Engaging with the community via the platform community, email, whatsapp, and in 1:1 scenarios Skills - Camera ready - positive attitude, engaging, and must exceed at speaking live, interacting with members in a 1:1 or one-to-many scenarios - Excellent communication skills - must exceed at maintaining multiple channels of communication; email, whatsapp, in-app community, team slack, etc - Tech savvy - Must be able to click through backend portals to set up events, troubleshoot with members, and interact with day-to-day company software for daily operations (i.e., Hubspot to load in emails for member newsletters) - Excellent prioritization skills - able to take in a lot of information and requests and think, plan, and act accordingly alongside high level C-suite members of the team to make it happen - Able to adapt, escalate, and make changes based on feedback from the community and awareness of community engagement - Experience using AI for your role - able to speak on direct experiences where you utilize AI to support your day to day and long term activities - 1-3 years experience in program management, community leadership, coaching, or learning environments - Strong ability to translate ideas into structured programs and experiences - Comfort being client-facing, on-camera, and leading conversations - Experience working with or interest in AI tools and applied business use cases - Exceptional communication skills that drive clarity and action - High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces Benefits - Health insurance - PTO - 401k (no match) Company Overview - NeuroGym specializes in developing neuro-technology that helps individuals maximize their potential.
