Remote Billing Account Analyst Opportunity for Wisconsin Residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve variance/denials using critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities
• Apply knowledge of carrier policies, direct contracts, subscriber benefits, non-covered services, coding, diagnosis issues, and accounts receivable
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Marshfield Clinic Health System policies, protocols, and processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a medical business office, healthcare, pharmaceutical setting, or comparable experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) may be required for certain positions
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
