Job Summary: As a Bilingual Finance Data Analyst - Analytics and Reporting, you will be responsible for providing detailed Supply Chain finance support through reporting automation, data analysis, reporting, and insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying interactive and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI
• Implementing and optimizing data workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Automate
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and design solutions that drive business value
• Developing and maintaining data models and data transformations using Power Query and other ETL tools
• Providing technical expertise and support to business users and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and Microsoft technologies

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Automation
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and data management, with experience designing and developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and solutions
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese desirable)
