Our QA community does just that! As a QA Analyst I, you will ensure our agile teams are producing high quality deliverables, day in and day out. You will collaborate closely with a community of passionate and talented developers, designers, and product owners, and work with a variety of cross-functional teams to continually advocate for the integrity of our QA process. You’ll also be designing and documenting test scenarios, identifying target test items, scripting automated tests, and testing new features from the design stage all the way through to deployment. We are currently hiring for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within our Wireless and Technology QA Team. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. What you’ll do as a QA Analyst I: - Ensure our in‑store POS experience runs smoothly while designing and executing test cases in Zephyr to support day‑to‑day quality assurance efforts based on acceptance criteria and requirements. - Documenting, triaging, investigating, and re-testing bugs and failures. - Participating in scrum ceremonies and actively engaging with the team while advocating for the end-user. - Providing status updates, reporting test results, and keeping stakeholders up to date. - Documenting processes and new features for testing reference. - Participating in testing on projects that span multiple teams. What we’re looking for: - 1-2+ years of experience in test planning, designing, developing, and testing software, with a solid understanding of QA methodologies. - Experience in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage diverse retail transactions, including sales, returns, and price adjustments, while ensuring seamless front-end workflow execution. - Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
