Job Description:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general correspondence related to property management
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings for rental units
• Prepare and send viewing lists and appointment confirmations
• Communicate with tenants, prospective tenants, and local authorities/councils regarding property matters in the United Kingdom
• Follow up with prospects and stakeholders to ensure timely responses and progress on rental inquiries
• Verify tenant eligibility for council programs or incentives when applicable
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, tenant communications, and property updates
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and general coordination tasks as a virtual/personal assistant
• Support day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks for the office
• Perform other tasks related to the position
Requirements:
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
• Highly adaptable and organized with strong attention to detail
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
• Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
