We will work hard to make sure everyone is included within our organization, removing barriers and obstacles to give everyone an equal opportunity to succeed.    JOB PURPOSE   This position is needed to coordinate all mail and email communications to class members by working with the Case Team, Formatting Team, Proofreading Team, and Vendors.  The role will provide the Case Team and Management Team a single point of contact for mailing and proofing. This position will be responsible for choosing a suitable vendor for specific jobs based on contracts and directions from the Print Production manager. This roll has a major impact on budgeting, controlling costs, and improving efficiency. The position will also provide a QC function to make sure the jobs are done correctly through proper data mapping and formatting, ensure jobs will go out according to court ordered or other deadlines and will work with proposals on quoting for large jobs and ensure the final invoice is in synch with the estimate.   WHAT WE OFFER  Competitive base salary compensation  Discretionary bonus plan  Medical, dental, and vision coverage (self and family)  Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage Employer matched 401(k) retirement plan Company paid holidays  Generous PTO program  Opportunities for advancement and career development  Requirements Primary Job Duties: ·     Managing the production schedule. ·     Coordinating with various departments ·     Overseeing the production process. ·     Requires making significant decisions regarding production planning, scheduling, and procedural changes. - Performing quality checks as needed on print and email products based on a checklist.  Quality checks include (but are not limited to) formatting, accuracy of data merge, counts, deadlines, and correct scope of job compared to estimate. - Ensuring the final product meets quality standards Other Job Duties - Handling communications with vendors. - Keep records for billing and other tracking requirements including personal time billed to cases (85% goal) - Maintain billing reports. - Maintain good relations with vendors and internal customers. - Other tasks as assigned by manager.  (Including formatting if down time).
