About the Role
This part-time position requires a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to work from home for 20 hours per week, within the hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Fulfill requests and answer questions from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards.
- Manage customer portfolios effectively, organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands.
- Perform data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately to retrieve and update information as needed.
- Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents with precision, recommending process improvements where applicable.
- Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and proactively offering appropriate services.
