Key Responsibilities
- Work Scheduling Maintenance: Effectively manage and maintain scheduling processes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and Body Shops: Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Vehicle Arrival Preparation: Coordinate and prepare vehicles for arrival, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
- WARP and CCC Management Arrival: Oversee the management of WARP and CCC arrival processes, adhering to established protocols.
- Customer Communication and Expectation Management: Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to customers, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Rental Coordination and Handoff: Arrange rental vehicles as needed and facilitate smooth handoffs to customers.

Essential Qualifications
