**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
* Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
* Helping to de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, to help customers get the most out of their arenaflex experience.
* Collaborating with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our customer service processes.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Be able to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones
**Training and Support**
arenaflex is committed to providing our customer service advisors with the training and support they need to succeed. Our comprehensive training program includes:
* 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST, starting the week of July 13th
* Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your skills and performance
* Access to our knowledge base and resources to help you stay up-to-date on our products and services
