As a Spanish Bilingual Claims Agent, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Responsibilities:
• Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims, guiding Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution.
• Apply your deep claims knowledge and expertise to navigate complex issues and ensure timely settlements.
• Leverage your excellent communication skills to build trust with customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
• Actively manage your case portfolio to achieve and exceed monthly performance goals
• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other team members
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental and/or subrogation experience
• Proven track record of top-tier performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
• Detail-oriented
• Computer savvy
