**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PandC Services Specialist with English/French language skills to join our Team Canada at Ingka Business Service Center. As a PandC Services Specialist, you will be responsible for processing HR and payroll matters for IKEA shops and companies, and providing support to employees. • Process ongoing orders from the country, such as requests for changes to employee employment terms in the systems
• Contact national HR units to clarify errors or discrepancies in insurance applications
• Further process orders in the system
• Provide HR and payroll support to employees via email and phone
• Work in Excel to extract reports from the system
• Conduct self-study and training on cultural differences, Excel, and other HR-related topics
• Review company news and updates
• *Qualifications:**
• Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
• Fluency in English and/or French
• Ability to work in a ticket system
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Knowledge of labor law and SAP HR system
• Comfortable using MS Office tools
• Ability to take initiative and pursue passions
