Freitag Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of marketing projects and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management team in coordinating marketing projects across departments (SEO, paid media, content, design, and development)
- Assist in maintaining clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery
- Help manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
- Monitor project progress and flag any risks or blockers to the lead PM
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients
- Help improve internal processes and workflows as the agency grows
Skills
- Experience in project coordination or project management, including internships or academic projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel minimally as needed to attend client meetings
- Reliable transportation and willingness to attend in-person meetings as needed
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana
- Exposure to data-driven marketing strategies and performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or Zapier
- Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing workflows and task management
