Manager, Indirect Channel Sales – Partnerships

Job Description: • Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers • Build and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy • Recruit, enable, and manage high-impact partners • Drive recurring and new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions • Support complex enterprise opportunities (including >$1B global manufacturers outside the U.S.) • Align partner capabilities to digital transformation, quality, SPC, and operational excellence initiatives • This role blends strategic leadership with frontline execution—you’ll actively engage in partner development, executive relationship building, and enterprise deal support. Requirements: • 8+ years of channel business development and/or enterprise software sales experience • 3+ years leading partner-facing or enterprise sales teams • Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations • Proven success in value-based or consultative selling • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive presence • Willingness to travel across the Americas • Multilingual capability is a plus.
