Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality, verified leads and will focus on reaching out to startups, remote teams, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses in need of office or co-working spaces.
Deliverables
Responsibilities:
Generate verified leads for co-working and flexible office space inquiries
Collect Name, Email, Phone Number, City & State
Reach out to prospects via Facebook DMs, LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation methods
Target decision-makers and individuals actively seeking office space
Organize and maintain leads in Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure leads are genuine, active, and interested
Regularly submit progress and updates
Leads with No website
Requirements:
Proven experience in Lead Generation or Data Mining
Knowledge of the Real Estate, Co-Working, or Office Space industry is a plus
Experience with Facebook DM outreach, LinkedIn, and email marketing
Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality leads
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
