Position Summary/Objective:
The Junior Merchandiser will work closely with the Merchandise Teams to review, create new and restructure any ineffective categories/schemas/attribute/filters to better organize products and allow for cleaner data create a better retail customer shopping experience. Will work with the Catalog and Merchandise teams to create/audit/update/delete relevant informational Confluence training/standards document pages. Manage E-Comm Service Desk tickets in a timely manner to support our AVB members and Team Members.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Create new and restructure any ineffective categories/schemas/attributes/filters.
• Work closely with Merchandise and Catalog Teams on projects and member requests.
• Manage E-Comm Service Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Manage weekly inventory feeds and custom data fields in LINQ.
• Create/audit/update/delete relevant informational Confluence pages.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Extensive knowledge of AVB product categories, schemas, and attributes.
• Knowledge of AVB LINQ, Jira, Confluence and Magento.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook) or similar software.
• Extremely member-focused; positive, professional attitude.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
• One to three years’ experience required with AVB Catalog Data Entry preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Magento, SQL Server and Microsoft Excel preferred.
