Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening, with a focus on driving business results and improving customer satisfaction
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
