Job Summary
We're on the hunt for a talented Phone and Chat Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting blithequark as the solution. With our comprehensive training programs and supportive mentorship, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Phone Closer and eventually a full-cycle High Ticket Sales Representative.
Your Role
As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
- Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
- Collaborating with the sales team, sharing ideas, and implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
- Full-time availability
