**In Your Typical Day, You Will:**
As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate their mortgage journey and resolve any issues they may be experiencing. Here are just a few things you'll do on a typical day:
* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls per day, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
* Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, providing clear and concise guidance to help them make informed decisions.
* Discuss arenaflex customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, to help customers get the most out of our services.
* Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing timely and effective support to help them avoid default.
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* At least 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
**Additional Details:**
* Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour
* Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards
* Must reside within 60 miles of our office location
* Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, with equipment provided
* Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
* Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday, 7am-8pm; Friday, 7am-7pm; and Saturday, 8am-12pm
* Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
