As a key member of our Customer Operations business unit, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through our web-based chat platform. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Chat Billing, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through our web-based chat platform
* Resolving questions and concerns related to billing and payment, rate and fee inquiries, order processing, account updates, subscriber complaints, and more
* Learning about our products and services to provide knowledgeable customer service
* Representing arenaflex as the written voice of our company
* Upholding positive relationships and creating best-in-class customer experiences
**What You'll Bring to arenaflex**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications and skills:
* **Required Qualifications:**
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
+ Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
+ Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
+ Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills
