- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.

What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2-3 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of achieving recruitment goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other recruitment software.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of recruitment.
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment, with a focus on healthcare.
