Our consumer-friendly interface and decision support tools are designed to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, intuitive, and stress-free. **The Role** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your expertise, empathy, and passion for customer service will make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we're excited to have you join our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries * Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure * Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels * Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy **Essential Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and practices * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period * Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support or technical support role * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Previous experience in a Call Center environment * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid Training and Certification Program * Full-Time, Seasonal role with performance and attendance-based incentives * The convenience of working from home, with a collaborative and supportive team environment * 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees.
