Growth Marketing Lead (Remote — India, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Bangladesh)

SUMMARY
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help us validate and scale early traction for MrSked, a browser-based productivity and weekly planning tool.
Our immediate goal is product validation — not just traffic.
We want to acquire users who are actively looking for ways to organize their lives, manage their time better, and build consistent routines — and determine what makes them stick.

This is a tactical, execution-heavy role. We want someone who can run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
Primary Objective: Product Validation
We are looking to answer:
- Who is the most responsive user segment?
- Which acquisition channels produce high-intent signups?
- What actions create retention?
- What makes a user “sticky”?
Initial Measurable Outcome
As a starting milestone, we are targeting:
250 qualified signups
These should not be low-intent or bot traffic — we are looking for real users who:
- Sign up intentionally
- Explore the product
- Complete initial actions (e.g., build their first week)
- Provide meaningful behavioral data
- The 250 signups are our first validation checkpoint before scaling further.
About MrSked
MrSked is a browser-based productivity and weekly planning tool designed to help users structure their week intentionally.
It’s not just a calendar. It’s a behavioral system that combines:
- Weekly planning canvas
- Google Calendar sync
- Daily email nudges
- SMS guidance (in development)
- We are currently in structured beta and preparing for early growth validation.

- Optimize our landing page for high-intent keywords
- Create programmatic pages such as:
- “Best Time-Blocking Tool for [Industry]”
- “Online Planner for Remote Teams”
- “Browser-Based Daily Schedule Tool”
Rank for keywords like:

2️⃣ Paid Search & Social Experiments
Run Google Search campaigns targeting:
- Users searching for competitor alternatives
- Users actively looking for scheduling tools
Test LinkedIn and X (Twitter) campaigns targeting professionals
who primarily work in browser-based workflows
Focus on:
- High-intent traffic
- Lean budget testing
- Clear performance metrics
3️⃣ Affiliate & Community Outreach
Identify and partner with:
- Productivity bloggers
- “Best Web Tools” newsletter curators
Product Hunt enthusiasts
-Tool review creators
Get MrSked listed in:
- Resource lists
- Curated tool roundups
- Productivity newsletters
4️⃣ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Audit and refine the landing page
- Improve path from:
Visitor → Signup → First meaningful action
- Reduce friction and clarify positioning
- Aim for signup conversion in under 30 seconds
5️⃣ User Lifecycle & Retention
- Design behavioral “Hook” triggers via:
- Email
- Browser notifications
- Encourage users to open MrSked at the start of their workday
- Test nudges that increase return visits and habit formation
6️⃣ Product Analytics & Insight
- Set up event tracking (e.g., PostHog or similar)
- Identify which behaviors increase retention
- Analyze questions like:
- Does syncing Google Calendar increase retention?
- Does completing a first weekly plan increase 7-day retention?
- Turn insights into actionable growth decisions
We want someone who:
- Thinks in experiments, not assumptions
- Understands SaaS growth loops
- Can execute lean tests quickly
- Understands intent-based marketing
- Can connect acquisition → activation → retention
- Is comfortable working directly with founders
- Can operate independently
This is an execution-first role.
What Success Looks Like (First 30–45 Days)
- 250 qualified signups
- Clear insight into best-performing acquisition channels
- Defined high-intent user segments
- Measurable activation metrics
- Early retention indicators
- A roadmap for scaling what works
