Responsibilities
- Own approximately 50-60% of lead generation efforts, including market research, campaign design, and account prospecting
- Run automated, highly personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling)
- Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support broader marketing efforts
- Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward
- Work closely with leadership and Account Executives to fuel the sales engine
Skills
- Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with semi-technical tools
- Ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making
- Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
- Approximately 6-12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred but flexible)
