Job Description:
• Define, control, and communicate global standards for manufacturing assets
• Develop and deploy equipment reliability improvement strategies using industry best practices
• Lead investigations into equipment failures and chronic issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing equipment downtime and improving quality outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design specifications and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Provide technical leadership for asset management and support the design, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality OR High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing asset reliability and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and quality systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
• Demonstrated project management experience
