Customer Success Manager

Tasks - Be a friend for customers and the person who will help to solve any problem - Accompany and support clients at all stages: after payment and until the end of their charter (communication in chats, by mail and rarely by phone) - Communicate with charter companies - Quickly and independently resolve difficult/conflict situations - Work with amoCRM - Process payments and invoices - Collect feedback from users and work with the team to improve the product Requirements - An overwhelming desire to help people - Attentiveness, accuracy, and multi-tasking at the same time - Readiness to quickly immerse into a new area and learn a lot - Fluent English (you need to communicate with customers and charter companies) - Technical ability to work remotely (laptop, fast Internet, a quiet place to work) - AmoCRM experience is a plus Benefits - Remote work - you can work from anywhere in the world; - Opportunity for professional development and training; - Participation in corporate trips - once a year, we organize a week of sailing experience for all employees of the company; - Flexible calendar of holidays - our employees live in different countries, so we offer them the opportunity to form their own calendar of holidays.
