We are searching for an Associate in the funding role is accountable for evaluating, processing, and finalizing retail and lease agreements from various dealerships in line with departmental protocols and guidelines. Location: Irvine, CA Fully REMOTE Payrate: $18 Hours: 40 hours per week | Must Work Weekends! Key Responsibilities: ? Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to HCA policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. ? Manage incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. ? Actively engage in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. ? Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
