Job Description:
The Flight Services Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Coordinate with flight crews and ground staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their journey.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes to passengers and crew.
- Maintain compliance with safety and security regulations.
Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use airline software systems.

Educational Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling difficult situations and providing solutions is highly valued.
