Job Summary:
We're urgently hiring a Virtual Receptionist/Legal Intake Specialist to join our remote team. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' callers, providing exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQs, taking messages, and transferring calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers from various law firms, answering a high volume of calls (approximately 90-120 per day) in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle calls professionally, efficiently, and accurately, following detailed call handling instructions and adhering to our company's core values.
- Schedule appointments, answer FAQs, take messages, and transfer calls to ensure seamless communication between callers and law firms.
- Work collaboratively with our team of Betties via our team chat to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during calls.
- Stay up-to-date with our clients' needs and preferences, adapting to their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're always equipped to handle the demands of the role.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or business administration) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with callers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with shifts between 7:30am-5pm PST.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, telephone support, or a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of the legal industry and its terminology is beneficial, but not required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, as we serve clients in both languages.
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is an asset.
