We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Customer Service to lead our customer-focused team. As a customer advocate and executive, you will steward the customer experience journey and deliver effortless experiences that live up to our brand promise. You will continually create, develop, and evolve digital experiences at key points within the customer lifecycle, integrating compliance and automated solutions as needed. Your goal will be to develop, build, and lead a best-in-class customer experience that meets the current expectations of users and partners, with a focus on personalized, responsive, and frictionless interactions.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $195,000 - $250,000 USD.
