The Role We're Looking To Fill:
We're seeking an ambitious and creative marketing coordinator to join our team. As a marketing coordinator, you'll play a cross-functional role, requiring a unique blend of creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from ad creation to client support, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative process and creation of ads
- Write and edit ad copy
- Oversee freelance team
- Aid in client support and communication
- Assist in onboarding processes (up to 100 clients a month)
- Manage templatized official client-facing company texts
- Analyze and adjust ad creatives based on performance
- Brainstorm new ideas for streamlining team processes
Qualifications:
- Web and social media savvy
- A passion for creative writing
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience (or a strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment
- The ability to transform product features and benefits into digestible, consumer-friendly copy
- Experience working within the Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs)
- Self-starter, capable of working and learning independently
