**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Customer Engagement, Future Readiness, Launch, and Field Operations to lead our customer engagement strategy, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and learning. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Lead the development and execution of a unified customer engagement strategy**: Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives, drives customer loyalty, and enhances the customer experience.
• **Oversee go-to-market planning, field effectiveness, and continuous process improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, drive field effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• **Shape and execute a forward-looking customer engagement strategy**: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to develop and execute a forward-looking customer engagement strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
• **Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and governance**: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's governance framework.
• **Collaborate with Sales, Finance, P&O, and Analytics to align resources**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and drive business outcomes.

**Requirements**
• **Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare) is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• **10+ years’ experience of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or healthcare consulting**: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries, with a strong track record of progressive experience and leadership.
