In this part-time role, averaging 25 to 30 hours per week, you will provide administrative support to the Delta Aircrew Training Center's Airline Transport Pilot – Certified Training Program (ATP-CTP), an FAA-approved program managed by DPS. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Constructing class rosters and creating student training folders to ensure efficient program management
- Collecting and maintaining required documents, processing student voucher requests, and archiving student training records to guarantee compliance and data integrity
- Coordinating simulator and instructor scheduling, as well as collaborating with multiple Delta departments to ensure seamless program execution
- Providing exceptional support to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP Operations, contributing to the overall success of the program and the growth of Delta Professional Services
