Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the Central and East Iowa area
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, helping them optimize their machine shop processes with our cutting tool products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies
- Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and applications of our cutting tool products
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing feedback and insights to our internal teams
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in machining and industrial sales, or a related field
- A strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A college degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field (preferred)
