About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our VIP Customer Service team, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of the VIP team, tracking key performance indicators, and building the brand image of our VIP managers. What We Look for in You

- At least 2 years of experience managing a customer service team of 10 members or more, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
- Good sensitivity, foresight, and innovation, with experience in VIP services or operations preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills, as you will be working with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and clients.
