Job Summary

The Hulu Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team is seeking a highly skilled Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist to play a key role in executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that advance Hulu’s brand and content priorities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing, celebrity and entertainment culture, and social media, with a proven track record of driving awareness among potential subscribers and ensuring the Hulu brand is at the forefront of celebrated cultural moments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of influencer and celebrity partnership campaigns with individuals whose brand aligns with Hulu’s values and mission, and whose followers expand Hulu’s reach among core and opportunity audiences
• Support campaign management from strategy to execution, including creative ideation and approvals, screener delivery, asset delivery, collecting feedback across stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed by established deadlines
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure Hulu delivers best-in-class influencer and celebrity media campaigns from creative production to fan engagement
• Serve as a liaison for select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management and ensuring seamless communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, Social Insights, and Legal, to drive campaign success
• Create presentations and stakeholder updates that effectively communicate campaign status and performance across internal teams
• Brainstorm opportunities to enhance collaboration with talent and influencer partners, maximizing reach and value-add opportunities that engage partners’ fanbases
• Manage team trackers and status documents, ensuring they are up-to-date on a weekly basis
• Analyze performance regularly, with a deep understanding of social and performance metrics, to produce postmortem campaign reports and optimize performance based on learnings

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of entertainment experience across influencer marketing, social media marketing, and talent relations
• Proven experience working on social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, social content creation, and events
• A deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platforms, trends, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage and communicate with partners, influencers, celebrities, and internal stakeholders
• A strong understanding of important metrics and KPIs against broader business objectives, with the ability to leverage data to uncover new opportunities and insights
• Great time management skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
• A passion for TV, film, and all things entertainment, especially on Hulu and across TWDC brands
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working with social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and other relevant software
• A strong network of contacts within the entertainment industry, including influencers, celebrities, and talent representatives
• Experience with campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
