Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Vehicle Status Specialists and Vehicle Preparation Experts, ensuring that all pre-delivery vehicles are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive the team to meet quarterly and annual targets. With a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, you will be the driving force behind our vehicle preparation and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Vehicle Status Specialists and Vehicle Preparation Experts to ensure pre-delivery vehicles are prepared to the highest standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Focus on all vehicle work that needs to be completed in accordance with company standards, developing plans to ensure timely completion
- Track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate issues as required
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven track record of leadership and team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds

- Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
- Experience with process improvement and implementation
- Knowledge of vehicle preparation and delivery processes
