You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a compassionate and empathetic manner. **Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service - Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes - Maintain and update customer information as necessary - Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions - Utilize arenaflex's proprietary technology and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or GED - Customer service experience is a plus - Strong computer navigational skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Exceptional listening/comprehension skills - Professional and courteous - Customer oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Work Environment:** - Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems - Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file - arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work which may include a webcam - You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only.
