Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel orders, including macro and non-macro orders, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Format Excel orders as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Set up profiles for all Excel orders, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and updated.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders, meeting deadlines and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information, utilizing all available resources to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Process special projects for various departments throughout the company, as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to format and manipulate data, create formulas, and use pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of computer navigation, including the ability to use a mouse, keyboard, and other hardware components.
