As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience during their time of need. Using your exceptional active listening skills and empathy, you will gather and verify demographic information, ask probing questions to identify the patient's needs, and professionally document the interaction. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care, and you will be empowered to make a positive impact in their lives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on first-call resolution and building value for the customer.
