About the Role: Associate Analytics Assistant

We are currently seeking an Associate Analytics Assistant to join our internal Global Treasury Management (GTM) team as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business success by providing analytical support, managing data, and ensuring seamless operational processes. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us make informed decisions, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other relevant statistics to inform business decisions.
• Utilize database queries and spreadsheets to provide comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
• Perform daily administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of information applied in analytics to support business objectives.
• Regularly seek guidance from the manager and escalate questions and issues to more senior individuals as needed.
• Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of administrative, analytical, and technical skills. The following qualifications are required:

• 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education.

Desired qualifications include:

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Knowledge of reporting, data manipulation, and trending.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and database queries.
• Ability to provide process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of Monarch Software.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and external partners.
