Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide comprehensive support to American Airlines customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including payment processing, object handling, and budget transfers, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have
- Previous customer service or banking experience
- Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and wire processing
- Experience working in a remote or call center environment
