We're seeking an experienced and skilled Bookkeeping Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Remote Bookkeeper. Reporting to our Founding Partner, you'll be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the work of 6 remote bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy, completion, and excellence in all aspects of their work.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online, with the ability to understand small business accounting and financial processes. You'll be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent delegation skills, with a passion for helping others succeed.
